Viewings & Valuations.
Clients and our staff will need to use their own transport to get to the viewing. Only one Kings Representative will attend a property. And only two applicants may enter a property at any one time. Where possible, the decision maker should ideally be in attendance.
We will discuss with our client’s that our staff will be wearing PPE to include both gloves and face covering. We request that our clients also do the same when undertaking a viewing with us.
Our Vendor’s where possible should vacate the property while a viewing/valuation is being undertaken. If this is not possible occupants will be asked to move to one room only while the viewing/valuation is undertaken. Once other areas of the home have been viewed, the occupant then can move to another room so as the final room can be viewed. Obviously if the property is vacant this is not required.
All windows and doors should be open while the viewing is undertaken where possible and suitable.
At all-times social distancing of 2 metres should be adhered too.
We like to warmly greet our clients, but so we can adhere to social distancing we will not offer or accept a hand shake. Rest assured though we will be smiling behind our masks and looking forward to working with you.
