Our director, Karl Knipe, is to host a new radio series called 'The Property Show'.

Karl is set to discuss a variety of issues each month, ranging from house prices and Brexit to stamp duty and the buy-to-let market.

The six-show series will air on London Greek Radio (LGR) on the first Wednesday of every month, starting in April.

Karl will be joined by regular guests. Joining him for the first show are Vishal Gulrajani from Thomas Oliver Financial Advisers, Chris Bramham from Metropolis Surveying Services and Roydon Weekes, our Sales Director.

The first 45-minute episode of 'The Property Show' will be broadcast on April 4 at 7:15pm after LGR's drivetime show. It will see Karl and his guests give an expert overview of the current property market.

Having moved to London from Sheffield aged 19, Karl worked in the Estate Agency and the Mortgage business before setting up Kings Group with Thomas Paine, 27 years ago.

Karl’s businesses span many sectors of the property market but he still tries to know the first names of all Kings Group employees. Karl likens Kings Group to a family, where we work hard together and play hard.

Karl has said: "I’m delighted to be hosting 'The Property Show' on London Greek Radio,"

"It's a fantastic station with an engaged audience and I can't wait to discuss the property issues of the day with my guests over the next few months."

"The property market can be complex and is always changing, so it's important that buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords are armed with the information they need to make smart and informed decisions," he adds.

The show will be produced by Iro Livanou, a broadcaster and producer who currently produces and presents primetime factual and music show 'Diadromes' on the station.

Iro has said of the project: “As a radio producer, I’m excited to work with Karl Knipe on The Property Show. Not only does he have over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, he is also a charismatic radio presenter.”

LGR broadcasts on 103.3 FM, on DAB+ and online and is the only radio broadcaster in Europe to air in both Greek and English 24/7.

The station has around 400,000 Greek listeners living in London and about 100,000 in Birmingham and Manchester.
